We’ve been talking a lot about Volpe lately, but it’s getting to the point now where he is actively hurting the team. We need to pursue another option @ SS, if we’re really serious about winning, which apparently we’re not.
Never seen so many oblique / lat strains - why the fuck was Cruz using a medicine ball. As for Wells, I don’t know what to say. Is there bizarre malady this team is immune from?
Yankees cannot hit in the clutch, do not field well and have poor leasdership. They will blow the division and their putz manager will make it seem okay.

Blue Jays are the nastiest birds..🐦
ReplyDeleteChase away the better looking birds and the song birds.
I own bb guns just to chase them off my bird feeders.
These BJs are the sloppy seconds of the actual blu jays.
Almost as vile as the carmines.
Enjoy the game. Listening to Suzyn and some kid that doesn't sound too too bad.

ReplyDeleteThe folks are not here.
ReplyDeleteMuch like the Yankees defense
Or a certain relief pitcher's ability . . . .
DeleteI blame Canada and my refusing to modify your name any more, Rufus.
DeleteMuch appreciated AA, but don't blame me, blame Canada.

I do frequently . . .
DeleteVolpe is not the any coming of Derek Jeter…
ReplyDeleteCa$hole is not the second coming of Gene Michael either.
DeleteFraid not…
DeleteTAKE STANTON OUT OF THE GAME FOR A PINCHRUNNER. IT'S THE &%#! TOP OF THE 8TH, YOU*&^%#@!
ReplyDeleteOkay, good. I take back the &^%#!.
ReplyDeleteAh, bad luck! Though of course the bizarre Blue Jay moves helped us.
ReplyDeleteThis is going swimmingly ...
ReplyDeletePathetic.
ReplyDeleteDo you think that we can get Dave Bowman to switch HAL off?

ReplyDeleteI vote that we MOVE to reMOVE all players, coaches, and executives/owners that are actively hurting the team....
DeleteI thought Volpe hit that ball fairly well in the 8th—and Rice hit his very well—but they didn't drop. Still, yeah, another disappointing effort.

seppuku ?
DeleteThey can't find a better arm than Leiter? Also, Rodon's numbers are great but lately his inability to go beyond 5 is really hurting the team.
ReplyDeleteYES and Yes
DeleteI'd like a box of aluminum bats and a chance to hurt this team. And the manager. And front office and management.
ReplyDeleteAnd ownership.
