FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MEMORY, KNICKS TAKE DECEMBER LEAD IN TABLOID COVERS RACE

 

Since we launched the count in 2019, the Yankees have always ruled NYC's tabloid back pages. It has never even been close. 

With one week left in 2025, the Knicks now hold the lead. (See the standings, at left.)

This week, unless the Yankees do something, they will no longer be New York's team.

    Don't worry about the Yankees. If they lose the championship they'll just put up posters of important backpages from winning years in the halls of the stadium and sell merch about it.

    Hey AA - What's with all the rain? It's seriously wet over here. Also why are we both awake right now?

      Doug - First the frigid haze …
      Now the gusting, biblical rains….
      That could be why we are awake, but It could be my dogs needing middle of the night walkies or my daughter needing a 7AM ride to workies…
