Baseball Needs a "Return Policy"

If, anytime within 30 days, a player a team traded for does not perform as advertised, the team should be able to void the trade and get their players back.  

I'm looking at you San Francisco. We should be able to return Ramos.  I don't want hear this "No backsies." crap.

    Still making league minimum after five years and it is obvious why.
    No commitment after this year.

    Release him.
    Bring up the Martian.
