Colace tonight. Paul O'Neill just said he thinks Bellinger is the best left fielder in the league. And he's hitting .315 since returning from the IL. I like the guy.
Guess it's time to watch Columbo or something. I just watched the last five minutes of a semifinal game in the women's basketball World Cup. USA beat Spain 76-66. Spain looked worse than that.
First of all, typo. #6 not #5. He's playing Hendrix style with thumb on the frets.👍 The song was from yet another short lived classic, secret agent man. But the lyrics refer to the prisoner, given you a number. He's wearing a suit and tie and probably dropped acid after the taping wearing sandals and a hawaiian shirt.
Had a friend that was a conspiracy theorist about the prisoner. "YOU ARE!" number six. With you are being a response to "who is number one?" Meaning that the entire village was made just to keep him captive.
Also like that #2 was live a special guest villain on batman. A new one every episode.
Yes Rufus, my typo elevated him from # 6 to # 5. However, as we discovered, he was really # 1. I don't believe that conspiracy that the village was made for him. Metaphorically, number 1 equates to " I'm in charge and no one can ultimately control my destiny." Or something along that line. It was made in 1967 and shown in England. It was aired a year later on CBS as a summer replacement for The Jackie Gleason show. How sweet it was!
Meet the Mets Get beat by the Mets Step right up and get Creamed by the Mets Bring your kiddies Bring your wife Guaranteed to be Scarred for life Because the Mets are really Socking the ball Knocking those homers Over the Wall
He should’ve just left Yarborough in; he can handle multiple innings. Instead the overworked Hill (who needs an IL stint just rest) followed by Brad Nobody.
Yeah, heckuva job, Brownie. But as 999 says, you can't expect guys to get up for a day game after a night game. I mean, it's practically sweatshop conditions!
You should not slander Colace by comparing it to Gerrit Cole. Colace is a solid reliable performer; a role player that gives 100% every dose and does not disappoint.
Why is that guy Hamner on the team....or even in the Yankees organization? Every time I see his line in the box score, he has given up multiple runs in a fraction of an inning. Every fucking time. If they need a mop up man, let them use Wells. At least get some value out of him because he's the worst all-around catcher in the majors.

ReplyDeleteThey *are* both good at producing 💩
DeleteFlouncy, though, is a major concern.
ReplyDeleteBut only one of them is supposed to produce crap.
