Cano's Problem Resolved

Robinson Cano claims a long talk with hitting coach Kevin Long has identified the reason behind his slow start.

"I was holding the bat upside down." Said Cano with an embarrased smile on his face. "I was swinging with the barrel and making contact with the handle. I'd hit it pretty hard, but its like a fungo bat. Its either a ground ball, or a pop fly."

Holding the bat upside-down? OF COURSE!

At considerable expense, we at IT IS HIGH reviewed thousands of Jason Giambi's at-bats, to get to the bottom of his slow start.

We think we've isolated a similar flaw.
