BOSTON _ Urged on by Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, torch-wielding Boston fans shouted obscenities and threats Thursday night at stunned members of the Tampa Bay Rays.
Palin's speech, beamed to Fenway Park from North Carolina via Christian radio-prayer networks, provoked cries of, "Off with his head!" "U.S.A!" and "Fer kricesake, touch my fockin' butt again and I'll kick yah fockin' ass."
The theme of Palin's speech was, "Coming Together: The Need for pro-American Americans to condemn anti-American Americans."
