Carl Pavano Signs One-Year Deal with Cleveland Indians

Here's former New York Yankees immortal ace pitcher, Carl Pavano, at the presser in Cleveland today.

On the left is his agent, announcing and introducing Carl to the three Indians' beat writers.

As Honest Abe points out on his blog, 'America truly is the land of opportunity'...

Carl signed a one-year deal, in which he plans to miss all but seven starts, for a paltry sum of $1.5 million.

Yes, $1.5 mil, with incentives.

Incentives.

As if trying to redeem his mark on mankind wasn't goddam incentive enough!
