Yankee-verse, we have a code blue. I repeat, CODE BLUE! After Nick Swisher's first home run today as a Yankee...(make sure you're sitting down for this one)







"The Master" did not come up with a nickname for Nick Swisher.





Yes, I know, I'm just as shocked as you are. We've spent a blog post way back in February thinking of a nickname for Tex (which just for the record: "tex message?" That in it of itself is C- work by the master right there), but apparently Yankee-verse has overlooked our dear beloved, guitar-playing backup right fielder.

Please, anybody with any ideas for better nicknames for our offseason acquisitions, send them to Mr. Sterling. I don't have his address, but Yankee-verse is counting on you to find it. Or you can just post your ideas in the comments. Either way Godspeed and may the force be with you.
