Cheer up everybody. It's not a total loss of a night. Youk got beaned

We had a WinWarble of zero and a suddenly re-emerging fear: We can't beat good teams.

John hasn't warbled hard in a week.

We can't win the World Series by only beating Baltimore. And we can't win the Frick Award by only warbling 4.00 seconds.

But Youkilis got beaned.

    AJ Burnett hasn't pitched well since April.

    Too much time inhaling whipped cream vapors?

    And what about the real fear? That Chin Ming is an overdone egg roll?

    He looked like a doe again, and the 18 wheeler was rumbling towards him.

    We ain't gonna win on Sunday, and tomorrow we'll be listening to the game at the lake which, if memory serves, guarantees another L.

    Hey, CMW had a 6.00 ERA and a 2.33 WHIP last night. That's WAY BETTER than he has been this season. Let's applaud the man with a "Biggest Improvement" award.
