Classic take. I have a question. Did John Sterling start broadcasting for the Yankees in 1989? I was trying to go over in my head the transition, when they stopped the TV and Radio swap. When did The Scooter go to just the TV? Does any one know??
ReplyDeleteSterling started in 1989. As in, this is his 20th anniversary and no one seems to care but me.
ReplyDeleteI want to say Scooter's last radio year was 1986, because Hank Greenwald came in the following season and I don't remember them working together.
