New Improved WinWarble Index

This proves the shocking hypothesis:

Thinner the margin, longer the WinWarble.
Anybody want to come up with a mathematical formula that will predict the length of WinWarbles based on the score of the game?

  1. Using some basic statistics knowledge, I'd tried coming up with an equation to predict win warbles. However, it's not very accurate. The lurking variable that affects the equation is the whole "walk-off" win scenario. Walk-offs automatically increase the warble.

  2. Win streaks automatically decrease the warbles by an overall percentage. John becomes jaded. Id say a win streak of greater then 5 games automatically will have 20% decreased warble on the following wins. No matter what the score or certain circumstances.
