Jesus of Trenton has an off-day: 3 for 4 but no HR

What the hell are we going to do with this kid?

He's pulverizing the Eastern League -- after dominating the pitching-dominant Florida State League.

He's 20. But yesterday, he DHed at Trenton.

If he keeps this up, good grief! It's scary. His bat might be ready for The Show... now.

But would we bring up a 20-year-old DH? Of course not. He's probably at least 2 years away from MLB quality as a catcher. He can't move to 1B because of Teixiera. Outfield? They better start moving him. DH? What a waste.

If this guy keeps hitting like this, the Yanks have a problem on their hands: The best hitting prospect in baseball... and no position for him. Yeeesh.

  2. So what is this kids problem fielding? I read he does a horrible job throwing out runners. Any word on how he calls a game? And if he isn't a great catcher, what chance is there for him in the OF? Because that is the biggest need next season with so many contracts coming off the books.
