Thank you, MLB, for having us start and finish next season in Boston

What an honor!

Once again, Boston Bud Selig and his investigative arm, Beans Mitchell, are standing up fair and balanced (in the Fox sense) dealing with the Yankees, especially with their chosen franchise -- the long suffering, small market Redsocks.

In 2010, we start the season in Boston, and then we finish it.

Wunnerful. We go into the vortex of a Redsocks home opener, and if we're in any kind of a pennant race at the end, we play them there on the last days of the season.

Yes, I know, I know, I KNOW... we'll play them the same number at home, it'll be great to ruin their opener, and if we're leading by 10, the last games are meaningless...

Still... the opener and the closer?

Aint fair. Nosiree. Aint fair.
