We sure do not look like a World Series winner

How many chances does Brian Bruney -- aka Jose Veras -- get to blow games?

Is something wrong with Alfredo Aceves? If not, what is it with Girardi that he sets pitchers aside for two weeks, then wonders why they fall out of synch?

Is Joba a lost cause this season? Does anybody think he'll pitch well in the playoffs?

We are watching games go down the drain in the first inning. This is 2008.

A few more losses in California, and we'll need to two of three against Boston, and who seriously thinks we can?

Folks, this could be the biggest collapse since 2004.

Can't be as bad as 2004 unless we get to the 'CS and go up by a few games.

Just don't see that happening at this rate...

Right now we're all sitting around hoping the team gets hot at the right point rather than trusting in raw talent to carry us. Very scary.

  2. i think the yankees will be fine, sure they have had a few recent hiccups as of late, and the blowsox schedule compared to our's this month surely favors them compared to ours, so its not TOO suprising we are where we are right now, yanks will be fine, fuck the red sox, and their fans, i know they are a bit "hot and bothered" @ the moment, with dreams of a yankee collapse (@least to win the AL East) but i have faith... the yanks are TOO GOOD this year... we will be fine

  3. Are you fucking kidding me? Since this is like a humorous site... this was meant to be like sarcastic right? I mean think about how good of a season we r having!!!! We are 2-4 in our last 6 and everyone's in panic mode? what are we the fuckin redsox before they won in 04? Have some faith in this year's Yankees...it's the best team we have had in a while. I actually was hoping that we hit a rutt so the chances of us hitting a rutt in the postseason would diminish greatly. KEEP THE FAITH BROTHAS!!!!...and sistas :)

  4. Girardi put Bruney in to see if he can redeem himself... that's the luxury we have right now with the lead. Do you really think Bruney and albaladejo comes in if we r in a tight pennant race w the sox? cmonnnnnnn!!! also, why dont we look at the positive? given that pet wasnt lights out but he sure didn look like he was bothered by any injuries.
