Humanitarian Yankees Chose Helping Haitians Over Signing Johnny Damon

The Yankee Id inside me clamors to make a bad joke, about how we claim to not have money for Damon, but we have it for this... but obviously, too many people are suffering.

The Yankees have donated $500,000 to the relief efforts in Haiti.

In lieu of a horror show attempt at humor, here's something to consider:

Make a donation to the Red Cross effort.
