Congratulations, Big Papi, for again proving that, "Nice guys finish first."That's the message to the world today, courtesty of ESPN, MLB, Joe Morgan, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Homeland Security: Big Papi = King of Good.
Last night, just watching that big irrepressible, lyrical smile was -- well -- irrepressible and lyrical. The Man Called Papi -- that's short for Big Papi -- once again brought joy to children of all ages, everywhere, breaking through the barriers of color, socio-economic status, religion and, of course, use of performance enhancing drugs.
Sleep well, children, because Papi's back on the juice that makes Big Papi big.
And just in time. Because the world needs his Big Papi Big Bat of Big Love.
I feel like we should blow vuvezelas at him.
