The Superdome is in New Orleans. Seattle had the Kingdome. The home run ball Joba coughed up to Jose Lopez was a rocket, but it barely cleared the hand-operated scoreboard in left field, so it was hardly going into orbit. Still, it was enough to give Felix the King and the M's their only win in an otherwise lamentable series vs. the mighty Yankees. But where were the New York fans in their only trip to Seattle this season? Plenty of empty seats and a paltry showing of pinstripe gear. Better get your butts out here next season, the Red Sox Nation always shows up in Seattle.
