The Wayward Winn Wind

As we wait for Earl's Wayward Wind, some thoughts to ponder about Randy.
1. By all accounts, a good guy, he's hitting a respectable .268 for the Cards in the Triple A National League.
2. Check out a story about his wacky personal life
The wayward Winn is a restless Winn
A restless Winn that needs to wander
Far away from his wacky kin
The next of kin to the wayward wind

With his lonely bat in the dugout rack
He spent his Yankee days
And I guess the sound of the booing crowd
Made him cave in to his hitless ways

The wayward Winn is a restless Winn
A restless Winn that needs to wander
Far away from his wacky kin
The next of kin to the wayward wind

Cash met him somewhere way out of town
He vowed with big money he'd never part
But the deal he sealed made him a clown
A deal that smells like a ripened fart

The wayward Winn is a restless Winn
A restless Winn that needs to wander
Far away from his wacky kin
The next of kin to the wayward wind

The next of kin to the wayward wind
