Grim a former bartender? No wonder Alphonso Grim was attracted to them. 253 Hull Street is in Bushwick. Whitey (Ed) Ford lived near Astoria. Bob went on to go 20-6 as a rookie in 1954! He was traded with Suitcase Simpson to Kansas City in 1958 for Virgil Trucks and Duke Maas.
