Charlie Sheen is following Nick Swisher on Twitter ... I don't know what that means, but it can't be good


Charlie (I Have A Tenuous Grip On Reality) Sheen has decided to follow 14 people on Twitter, and one of them is jolly old Nick Swisher. This can't be a good omen.

Charlie's also following Brian Wilson. Hmmmm ... maybe Charlie is actually "The Machine"?

And read the blurb under Sarah Hyland. She's really thrilled about Charlie following her on Twitter, isn't she?
