So Who Wants To Bet Tonight?

We are down 7-5 and it is the top of the eighth.

Who says we comeback and win?

5-1 odds.

$10,000 minimum.

I await the takers. Before the first pitch.

  1. I am unfamiliar with gambling or, as you might call it, "gaming."

In order to place this bet, do I need to own $10,000?

  3. This is incredibly powerful juju, Alphonso, but it has failed twice. Could it be that you should consider reversing the polarity: In other words, should you bet that the Yankees WILL win?

Or, it could be that, in order for the juju to work, someone needs to take the bet.

    We're exploring uncharted regions here.

  4. Duque,

You raise an interesting question. Polarity in an uncertain world.

But I think I must maintain the hateful disdain I am building for our utter failure to mount any kind of threat.

On the other hand, it could be worth one shot.

We'll see if there is a chance to test this today.

    But we are losing everything.

This is the most frustrating thing of all. I can't fine fertile ground.
