Igawa re-snubbed: Eduardo Nunez elected IT IS HIGH JUNE YANKEE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Congratulations, Nuni.

He won the runoff election, defeating perennial also-ran contender Kei Igawa, and inheriting the dreaded IIHIIFIIc curse, which claimed his predecesor, Bartolo Colon.

For the next four to six weeks, he will be called upon to replace Alex Rodriguez.

The next month is on you, Yankiverse.

    Bunch of ballot box stuffing Red Sox fans made this happen. You can all be very happy with yourselves watching Nunie throw over the moat seats due to the curse.
