Will A-Rod play in Syracuse?

Alex Rodriguez expects to rehab this weekend, when the Scranton Wilkes Barrians play in Syracuse, New York, home of the first ever drive-up bank teller window.

This sets up Arod's chance to see, up close and personal, the 27th Wonder of the World, the incredible Carrier Dome.
Unfortunately, Arod will not be able to play in the Carrier Dome, because the Syracuse Chiefs, formerly the Syracuse SkyChiefs, play in Bank Alliance Stadium, formerly P&C Stadium, which in five years will be rechristened "Your Name Here" Stadium.

If he comes to Syracuse, Arod will be able to eat at Ruby Tuesdays, former Hooters, in the famous Destiny USA, formerly the Carousel Center Mall, which in five years will be rechristened "The Little Cayman Islands" Mall.
Looking forward to seeing Arod up close and personal! And yes, this would occur within days of the Aug. 19 visit by Jose Canseco.

  1. Girardi says he's going to the GCL or Class A. I never get why they do that.
