Mets to pay two Carl Pavanos and two Kei Igawas to get off the hook for Bernie Madoff

They're settling for $162 millon. That's two Pavanos ($80 million) and two Igawas ($92 million), minus a year of Igawa at Scranton.

A lot of people lost their life savings to Bernie Madoff.

Fred Wilpon nearly had to sell his precious baseball team.
