0-1 = 0-162?

Yesterday is a good reason why every Yankee fan should watch the games in a bar.

When the Yankees suck, you order food. When they start a rally, you order another round.

When they lose you can throw your glass or upend your plate on the bar. Then, take out a roll of $50's and leave 3 on the table. Maybe 4, depending on the size of the bartender.

I'm actually pleased that Mariano got the blown save out of his system early. Who wants to see it happen at the stadium? You knew it was going to happen, so why not get it over with?

I see Tex is having a slow start again. That won't last. A bunt single would for wonders for him and for the TEAM.

The game was won by Joe Madden and lost by Mariano.

Big deal. One loss to a division rival.

Doesn't mean we aren't going to win any. Right?

  3. Kuroda's toast. Mariano hung on a year too long. We're done. I wouldn't say 0-162, but 44-118 (making us infinitesimally better than the 2003 Tigers)? A possibility.
