Yankee Bridge To Playoffs Collapses

The Yankees are playing like bent, old structures.

With no hope for fiscal stimulus, the strained facilities begin to break.

A-Rod was broken by Seattle, and we did not even retaliate.

The recent collapse against the red socks proves that our line-up is not able to compete, even against the downtrodden and horrible.

We are, at best, shaking in the wind.

At worst, we are simply broken and slowly drowning.

  1. We're the Tex of teams, streaky. If we're on a winning kick during the playoffs, God (or Gahd) help our opponents. If we're in the land of lost batsmen and bullpen befuddlement, we go down quiety.

It's a coin flip. Like Louise Neathway sez, 'Head, you win. Tail, you infect your wife.'
