  3. Hey! Don't forget about me! I can room with Octavio Dotel and Pedro Feliciano, and make available special vitamin supplements to my teammates.

  5. Please post something funny on Vernon Wells. I wanna die. This is the worst I've felt since they traded Jesus Montero. Kill me.

HE'S GOT TWO YEARS LEFT. WHATEVER THE YANKEES HAVE TO PAY HIM NEXT YEAR GOES TOWARDS THE $189 MILLION CAP. EVEN IF IT'S $1 MILLION, THAT'S $1 MILLION THAT THEY'LL BE GIVING TO VERNON FRIGGIN WELLS WHILE WORKING WITHIN THE CONFINES OF A LIMITED PAYROLL.

  6. $5 million a year for Vernon Wells, no problem. Johnny Damon probably would have taken league minimum, and I guarantee he could hit .222 this season. At least. Plus Johnny D is, you know, left-handed? Which is kind of advantageous for a past-his-prime hitter in Yankee Stadium? Looking forward to all those warning track outs from Mr. Wells.
