In our last ditch chance to save the season - and win the game for Mariano - all we had in the ninth inning were Mark Reynolds, Brendan Ryan and JR Murphy - a strikeout machine, a career .180 hitter, and a rookie with a handful of at bats. With the rosters expanded, and a full complement of players, we still didn't have anybody who could come to bat and maybe win the game

You know what stinks? What a joke! What a sorry excuse for a $239 million payroll!
