Hero fan, having shown contempt for Yankee batting order, now fights for us in court

This man should go into the Hall of Fame. On a gurney, maybe.

In April, he foresaw the Yankee hitting malaise, and he did something about it. He went to a game and slept through it. Damn. I wish I had the guts to do something like that. A hero. That's what he is.

    As a lawyer myself I'd like to say that this lawsuit is ridiculous, and his attorney should be ashamed of himself for trying to get a settlement payoff to end it. Besides, if the "fan" was so embarrassed why is he getting his picture and the comments about it back on television and the interwebtubes?
