I'd like to see us wait until he's 35 before making a move. And I don't say that merely for the Constitutional implications. I don't think ballplayers really get it until 35. This 27 is prime crap is bogus.

Maybe they are prescient. Bautista is 33, you know, and ripe for a 10 year deal with the Yanks.
