Is this product placement in the movie "The Kingsman" Bud Selig's last middle finger to the Yankees?

Samuel L. Jackson's character in "The Kingsman" film is an insane, genocidal billionaire who wishes to subject 99 percent of the world's population to a violent, horrible death. So, what hat does he wear during virtually the entire film?

I'm guessing that giving approval to use an MLB logo in this film was one of the high points of Selig's career. Hell, once he found out the plot he probably called the producers himself and said, "You know, I've got a hat that would work just perfect for this guy."
