That Hal even felt the need to make this statement says a lot about him, mostly that he's another privileged, arrogant guy who feels the need to explain the obvious to the poor unwashed because it is THEY who don't understand.
Eff him, I say...and do not spare any expense in doing so; goodness knows he wouldn't.
