Metallica shows up to play in Yankee Stadium. James Taylor, looking like a total dork, shows up to play in Fenway and writes a bad, weepy song that only Sox fans could sit through.
I think that sums up a lot.
It also helps explain why I haven't been able to stand James Taylor for the last 40 years or so. Red Sox fan, shoulda known.
