Five records that won't be broken, and forgetting the biggest one of all...

This ridiculous report by the Daily News -  "Cal Ripken Jr.'s streak and five other unbreakable baseball records - somehow manages to ignore John Sterling's upcoming 5,000th consecutive announced game.

When that game happens - the Yankees have not released a date - we hereby propose - no demand - that The Master be appointed Official Yankee Captain.

Either that, or John should manage - with Suzyn as bench coach.

  3. Let him manage. No matter what he does in that game, he can always say, 'You can't predict baseball.'

Or isn't it time to say, You Can't Predict Baseball!©
