The $#@%#$ Padres are keeping Luis Torrens

From now on, San Diego tops my shitlist. That town deserves to lose its NFL team. What a bunch of scumbags.

The Padres have decided to phone-in 2017 and play the entire season with a 24-man roster. The team will keep fourth catcher Luis Torrens, a 20-year-old catching prospect taken from the Yankees in the Rule 5 draft, for the entire year. He cannot be sent down to the minors, or he reverts back to the Yankees. So he will ride the pines.

Not only will they fail to give their fans a major league caliber team, but the Padres will deny Torrens from playing daily baseball for the season. Keep in mind that he missed all of 2015 due to an injury. Thus, he will have sat out two of the last three seasons... just what a promising 20-year-old needs.

Clearly, they are already playing for the first draft pick in June of 2018. I hope they win 70 games and end up in third, ruining their chances.

  1. AJ Preller is from Long Island. He's probably a Mets fan. Fucking asshole.
