Class act Yankees wooing Seattle hatrers

Now and then, the Evil Empire does something nice, and all those Yankee-haters in a place like Washington State must bite their rain-weary lips. (A hat tip to Hal... and Buhner's Ghost.)

Clearly, the writer meant to say in his lede, "the team everybody loves to hate." Hey BG: Do they have editors in Washington? Might be an opening for a seasoned wretch.
