This is no surprise. This is Paxton's history. He hurts many parts of his body, other than his arm. Genius Cashman has a history of brining in many starters who fail. Here is a question: will Paxton be back before Barren Hicks.
@ EDB I would bet that both Paxton and "Barren" Hicks will miss the entire 2020 season. Even if either returns before the end of this year, it will be hardly a week before he is hurt again.
Did you catch Trump comparing wounded GOP congressman Steve Scalise to Bobby Richardson? He conceded that the evil, radical left, witch-hunting Richardson had better range, but only to the left.

ReplyDeleteOK -- seriously. Is anyone here surprised?
Dammit! But yeah, Joe FOB has a point: Maple Sapling has always been injury prone. The stupid thing was not to do this right after the postseason.
ReplyDeleteWell, the one thing to be said for it is that Mike King will get a shot.
