I dislike the Mets, but I hope they do well this year to humiliate Cashman and Cheapskate Hal. We're stuck with moron Boone while the stinking Mets have a real manager.
Hal is busy negotiating with the Mayor Elect to get City and State money to build a new stadium for his true love the Nameless NYC Football Club. [I think that at one point they were named the "redskins" and had to change their name.]

ReplyDeleteThis was clearly a knee-jerk response to the Yanks signing Ender Inciarte. Mets ownership felt they had to do something to keep pace.
"Old ace, old manager. So what?"
ReplyDelete- Cash
I'm going to watch some Mets game. As distasteful as it may be on a moral level.
ReplyDeleteIt's very likely the Mets and Yankees have become what each other used to be.
And that makes two great leadoff comments by LBJ the past couple days.
Buck has a great record…of being the manager fired the year before his teams win the World Series.
ReplyDeleteEnder Days . . . Ask yourselves who you'd rather have manage your MLB team - KaBoone or Buck "naked" Showalter?
ReplyDeleteLBJ is en fuego...Brain Cashman, not so much.

ReplyDeleteNow we are truly fucked.
ReplyDeleteProof positive that the juju gods want to destroy us.

ReplyDeleteBooney was right, these other teams keep inching closer to breaking this run of Yankee dominance
ReplyDeleteThey are actually taking on informal names such as "Pigeons." Help me!
