Bird back, Miggy manholed, Locastro loosened

Humankind has finally sequenced its entire DNA string, and the Scranton Railriders today obtained Greg Bird, Miguel Andujar and Tim Locastro.

My guess is they won't suit up tonight in the ice fortress of Syracuse, but you never know.

  1. All they need now is to add Jesus Montero, Andrew Brackman and Betances and the retcon is complete. And hey, Rutherford just got cut so he’s available

  3. the Chairman of the Bored, Cashman, built a AAA monster in Scranton.

  4. First ballot International League Hall of Famer, Cashman. Scranton's a dynasty. At or near top of the standings every year. A little thin on championships...golden years Braves-like in that respect...but they have a couple over the last 15 years. An unprecedented and underappreciated run. It might not be going too far to say Cashman is the greatest AAA GM in baseball history. They'll be a statue someday at the Scranton ballpark entrance. Cash, like Walt Disney, welcoming the patrons.
