    Today's roster moves:

    10/02/22 New York Yankees designated RHP Jacob Barnes for assignment.
    10/02/22 New York Yankees selected the contract of RHP Chi Chi Gonzalez from Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.

    Matt Carpenter was put on 60-day EL retro to August 9. He can return on October 8th.
