"The more cloudy it is during a total solar eclipse, the greater the effects can be on human beings.
Depending on your specific molecular density, you may experience one of the following effects:
You may start to feel heavier, lighter or just tingly with no permanent change in your molecular structure.
Those feeling heavier tend to want to stop moving about and sit and/or lay down. The urge could be so intense that you may just stop and lay down regardless of your surroundings. That’s why people are urged to avoid physical activities/challenging locations during a total solar eclipse such crossing busy streets or riding on escalators.
Those feeling lighter have reported a sensation of floating, not unlike what some have described as low level levitation. Once again it is advised to take precautions and avoid situations that could you at risk.
Finally, the tingling sensation feels like common case of Paresthesia. It can be concerning for most however, most medical professionals agree that it is only temporary and should pass within an hour or two of the Eclipse's end."
Triffids was a good book, too. AA, that's a fascinating group of eclipse effects. I was drinking Cremant early for a friend's birthday, so I didn't notice.

It's going to get late early out there...
ReplyDeleteIs any one else getting a "Day of the Triffids" vibe?

ReplyDeleteAre supposed to get raptuted today or ruptured today?
ReplyDeleteWhy am I seeing Nick Swisher on YES? Don’t they have enough people to do that job?
ReplyDeleteNice play by Volpe to snag that liner. It sounded nice on radio anyway.

ReplyDeleteThings are getting nicely out of hand at The Stadium. How many relief pitchers will we need tonight?
ReplyDeleteFuck the way MLB has de-emphasized good starting pitching.
Jimmy Key once threw a 97 pitch complete game on opening day. He wasn't on a pitch count.
I can't find the box score. I think I misremembered that. Doesn't matter. Pretend it's true.
ReplyDeleteNestor is throwing a very good game. I know it's against the Marlins, but it's still a very good game.
ReplyDeleteFuck Boone.
Yankees Win!!!
ReplyDeleteAmazing
ReplyDeleteNestah can decidedly beat a team like the Marlins. As can the batting order. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteMore games like this, please.
