We have one of the worst GMs in baseball history, when you consider how much money he has had to spend. And yes, Hal does give him a lot of money, so you may castigate me for saying "Hal sucks" all the time, but Hal is also the one who WILL NOT REMOVE Cashman, so what does that make Hal?
