"I know that if he wasn’t the Yankee manager, it would be a feeding frenzy for him to be a manager that’s coveted elsewhere, objectively. That’s how we see it.”
Oh my, let me clear the decks of whatever I do or don't have planned so that I can watch the Yankees tonight...excuse me, but I need to run out and sign up for new cable package.
Anyone else just Gotham App the Yankees now while they're doing something else, say, reading? More and more, the Yanks just seem like they're "in the way."

"
It's remarkable how low the Yankees' team payroll would be without all the dead weight. https://www.spotrac.com/mlb/payroll Unrelatedly and remarkably, the Yankees are #14 in team age, which is much better than we might expect, though I don't know if that's the active team or all the inactives thrown in, too.

ReplyDeleteSince Boone is a Professional Idiot, I suppose that makes Cashman a Professional Incompetent.
