The worst thing to befall me as a Yankee fan is my current indifference to them or baseball, as a whole. Why is the sport not lighting me up or, at the very least, serving as a distraction at the moment? I have thought a lot about this and have some ideas...
I watched the condensed game, which was about eight and a half minutes long. Things looked really good by the third minute. Nice to see Luke breeze through his 30 seconds. And Rodon looked good for well over five minutes.
For eight and a half minutes, we looked pretty good. Two back from the Jays, which is still almost impossible, but they've lost Bassitt. That's gotta hurt.
