On the contrary, umpire has to make the right call there. Easily low. Perdomo did the right thing. The umpire did not. Notwithstanding, I'll take the win.
The umpire did have the same expanded strike zone the entire night. I hated the calls that went agains the USA, but in the end it worked out for them. Actually, it seems from what I have watched, that all of the HP umpires in the WBC have been more influenced by framing than I have ever seen.
