Comments not publishing seems to be a widespread issue affecting Blogger blogs today. I think all we can do is wait for Blogger to notice and do something. In the meantime, I'm pretty sure all you commenters are entitled to post, so if you have anything today that can't wait, I guess creating a post -- even a single line of text -- would be the way for now.
