Funny Humor Writing Can Predict The Future


Last week's Slate.com dispatch by Hart Seely accurately predicted the home run plague that is destroying the Yankees' new stadium, which is called Coors Field or something.

    I also predicted the ending of "Million Dollar Baby."

    But the weight of that knowledge shredded my soul, and I couldn't bring myself to write about it.

    I guess we all should have known something was up when Architectural Digest published photos of the new stadium's engineer kissing himself in a mirror.
