Well, he did it again.
When will we learn? When. Will. We. Learn? Obviously, not soon, because Joe just keeps giving him the ball in the ninth, as if nothing's happened. Once again, Mo has failed us. Think Joe will notice? Hell, no. (SARCASM ALERT: NOTE TO ANONYMOUS: SARCASM ALERT) Know what Joe will do? He'll wait until the next ninth inning, and he'll call the bullpen, and he'll say, "Warm Mo up." He won't learn his lesson. He won't learn a thing. He'll say to Eilland: "It's the ninth inning and we're up by a run; who should we warm up to save the game?" And you know what Eilland will say? He'll say: "I donno. Let's warm up Mo." And you know what Joe will say? He'll say, "OK." They won't have learned a thing. They'll just do what they always do. He lost another one for us last night. Will we learn anything? (SARCASM ALERT: NOTE TO ANONYMOUS: SARCASM ALERT) Don't bet on it.
I blame Suzyn for the loss
ReplyDeleteI think Mo is a pretty good closer still. I dont blame Girardi at all.
ReplyDeleteAre you crazy? Mo hadn't blown a save in 33 appearances!!!! And you say he's blown another? You're nuts!
ReplyDeleteWere any of you actually up and watching this game? It was on the West Coast!
ReplyDeleteSuch whiners...after all, Mo had blown a save against Seattle before...in April 1997, 27 save opps ago. Such whiners.
