If he only DHs, Major League Baseball might see its first 400 pound player.
ReplyDeleteYeah, the Tigers just won the Pennant. Newly crowned "King" Fielder will probably spend that 214 million on food and die of a heart attack by June.
ReplyDeleteOr he'll bat .380 with 50+ homeruns.
Or he'll just be very, very mediocre.
But he'll probably be very good.
Remember these predictions in November!
The REAL question is: did the MARINERS just win the Pennant?
ReplyDeleteGREAT hitting (Montero) + AWESOME pitching (Iwakuma) = recipe for success.
Hey, Ike, what's he at now, 390? It is the offseason after all....
ReplyDeleteMaybe they won the AL Central. But who wants that on their gravestone?
