And a child shall lead them... Cesar Cabral's plunking of Papi was only the second time in his career that a Yankee pitcher hit him

A-Rod's been hit 169 times in his career.

Jeter's been whacked 164 times.

David Ortiz: 33 times.

Not sayin' anybody should be beaned or thrown at.  Ever.

Just noting it...  for the record.

Because our eyes can see.

  1. Papi is no worse for wear since the couter he wears on his elbow took the full force of the baseball. However, let's invite Cesar Cabral to spring training simply because (a) he's a lefty, and (b) he plunked Papi, an act that few if any pitchers on the current roster have seemed willing to undertake. Either way, Ryan Dempster must die.
